Shipping and Handling

Plants are shiped via USPS priority mail unless another carrier is specified.  The cost for shipping is $11.50 for the first cultivar plus $2.50 for each additional cultivar shipped in the same container.  Plants can be shipped most of the year except during harsh weather conditions.  A preferred shipping date should be specified on each order and a notice will be sent to you via email if the actual date differs by more than a few days.  Orders are filled on a first come, first served basis begining with the receipt and vaidation of the payment.  Cultivars having a limited availabliity may not get filled if insufficient numbers prevail.  We will make every effort to inform you if such is the case.  Please indicate whether substitute plants are accptable and provide a list of preferances. We will not substitute unless you specify that we should do so.  Your money will be refunded if no substitutes are indicated and the cultivar you chose is unavailable.
