Guarantee

We guarantee our plants to be true to name and healthy when shipped.  If you receive a plant that you are not satisfied with, notify us via email immediately upon receipt by filling out the form under returns under the customer service heading at the bottom of the web page.  Depending on the cultivar, you may be requested to return the plant via USPS priority mail for a full plant price refund.  Some registered plants do not make large fans and because of this, we can not guarantee the plants as to size.  We do however, ship the largest available specimen of each cultivar we sell.
